HiWi: Social Media @Clean Circles

  • Background

In Clean Circles, scientists from TUDa are working with KIT and other partners to research the energy storage system of the future: iron. Storing renewable energy in the long term and transporting it over long distances is key to a successful energy transition and iron is ideally suited for this. In a CO2-free circular economy, the energy source can be continuously reused in an oxidation-reduction cycle and thus contribute to global decarbonization.
